Totone, 18 years old, spends most of his time drinking beers and roaming the Jura’s dance halls with his group of friends. But reality
catches up with him when his cheesemaker father passes away: he must take care of his 7-year-old sister and find a way to make a living. He
then sets his sights on making the best Comté cheese in the region, the one that would win him the gold medal at the agricultural
competition and a prize of 30,000 euros.

Totone, 18 ans, passe le plus clair de son temps à boire des bières et écumer les bals du Jura avec sa bande d'amis. Mais la réalité le rattrape lorsque son père fromager perd la vie : il doit s’occuper de sa petite sœur de 7 ans et trouver un moyen de gagner sa vie. Il se met alors en tête de fabriquer le meilleur comté de la région, celui avec lequel il remporterait la médaille d’or du concours agricole et 30 000 euros.
